  • We are not responsible for pre-existing data loss, software issues, or hardware faults unrelated to the reported issue, unless caused by our negligence during the repair process.
  • Customers are strongly advised to back up all data before submitting devices for repair.

  • All product purchases are subject to our Shipping Policy and applicable warranty terms (where provided by the manufacturer or the Company).

6. Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, FIX IT COMPUTER (M) SDN. BHD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

8. Device Collection Policy

  • Devices left uncollected beyond “30 days” after service completion may be subject to storage fees or other actions, following reasonable communication attempts made by the Company to reach the customer using the contact details provided at the time of service. Reasonable communication attempts may include phone calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or emails sent to the contact details provided by the customer.
  • The Company is not liable for devices left uncollected beyond a reasonable period, subject to prior notice given to the customer.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names displayed on this website are the property of their respective owners. Reference to third-party brands (e.g. Dell, HP, Lenovo) is for descriptive purposes only and does not imply endorsement or partnership unless explicitly stated.
